Description
The Proflow EX 160 must be serviced annually by an approved Service Centre.
If the unit was originally supplied by us, it will have a label detailing when the next service is due. If the unit was not originally supplied by us, you will need to find the date of when the unit was manufactured which is located with the serial number. Return Instructions
- Print the PDF Form from ‘Downloads’ above, and complete your details (the reference number will come later)
- Purchase the service through this website, like you would purchase any item, postage is added automatically.
- When order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, including a reference number.
- Please put this reference number on the returns form.
- Put completed form in the box with the Proflow EX 160 unit being returned for service. This will help us track your order.
- Please note: We only need the Proflow EX 160 unit sent back to us. You don’t need to send us the belt, battery, charger, filters, hose or hood.
- Return to us at Flameskill Ltd, Flameskill House, Morton Peto Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0LT.
Price includes service and replacement filter gasket seals. Return postage & packing is charged at £6.95. Our normal turn around is between 3 -5 days from receipt of your Proflow EX 160 unit.
