Key Features of the Proflow PAPR

The 3M PF-619E, previously known as the Scott Proflow 2 SC 160, is one of our best-selling powered air respirator units. It is available to purchase as a Starter Pack or as a Ready to Use Kit with everything you need to get started, including headtops and filters. We are also able to provide Annual Servicing for your Proflow PAPR unit as an approved service center.
The Scott Proflow provides high quality PAPR at a cost effective price. The unit is well made, rugged and reliable, designed for high use in a variety of scenarios. The unit can be fully serviced as, unlike many others, it is not factory sealed. Servicing, repairs and maintainence can be undertaken to prolong the life of the unit.
The Proflow has an integrated bettery negating the need for a separate battery and charging cradle, as the battery doesn’t need to be removed. Often, it is issues around the battery which stop the PAPR unit from being used, as chargers and cradles get broked, lost or misused. Charger ports are located at the bottom of the unit away from potential knocks or damage and debris or dust. The charger port also has a protective dust cover.
Filters costs are significantly less than those used on other powered respirators. Filters are fittted pointing downwards and are nicely tucked away, reducing the risk of knocks and damage or of being saturated by rain when bending over during outside work activities.
Proflow powered respirators have both audible and visual battery and particle blocked filter alarms. The unit will identify if the filters are becoming blocked by dust or particles with its particle indicator. There is also a battery level indicator.
